Christmas cuties

I have had fun taking some Christmas pictures of the kids this last week. Neither of the kids is into taking pictures these days, Reese is way to interested in what is going on around her and Hunter is just anti picture for now. I did manage to get a couple of cute ones. Here are a few of my favorites.

Both kids are semi looking and kind of smiling, I will take it :)

I saw these beads at michaels and just had to get them to take Reese's pictures!

Next I have the task of taking pictures of the kids in front of the tree in their Christmas outfits. Maybe they will feel more like taking pictures...

1 Cute cow

When I was pregnant with Reese Michael picked out a few outfits for her. Today she debuted her moo cow outfit. I have to say that she is the cutest cow I have seen yet :) Hunter has been calling her Reesie Cow all day and saying "Moo Reesie."

Little helper

Hunter loves to help, always has. If you are cooking or cleaning he is right by your side. His new favorite thing is doing the dishes. He also does not like messes, if something spills he runs over and gets his little broom to sweep it up. Hunter also loves to help with Reesie. He loves to get he things, buckle her car seat and feed her. I know this helpful phase might not last forever, so I am going to enjoy it while it lasts :)

New bears

In front of the cabin there is a wooden bear that represents each grandchild. The bear holds a sign with the grandkids nickname. Before coming home we went to pick out new bears. One for Reese & one for Callie. Hunter has a short stocky little bear so I wanted Reese to have a petite bear. We found some cute ones, now I just need Michael to make a bow for Reese's bear :)

Snowflake temple

While we were in Heber for Thanksgiving we took a trip over to the snowflake temple to take some pictures. It was fun, but defiantly challenging. The temple has very little grounds so I had to get creative. Here are a few of my favorites.

Thanksgiving

This year we had a very low key thanksgiving. It was just our family, Nonny & Poppy up at the cabin. These days it is a toss up as to of who like the cabin more, Hunter or Daddy. Needless to say we had a good time. It was nice and cold which was a good change. The only complaint I had was the clean up. I told Linda no more small holidays, there was just as many dishes and less people to help clean up. Luckily I have trained Hunter well and he jumped right in with the cleaning :)
We had a fun trip and lots of good food. Michael and I were even able to sneak out a couple of times kid free, that is always a plus.

The girls

The boys, Hunter is going through an anti picture phase. The only way he would sit for a picture was if he could keep the truck with him.

I love when Hunter tilts his head like this, because he is copying me.

Highlight from the day

Michael insisted that I take a picture of his food

Hunter helped clean up

Reese turned 6months on Thanksgiving. So to commemorate the day she ate her first real food (besides rice cereal). She loved her sweet potatoes!
